The Chorus team within IT Services is looking to appoint two part-time switchboard administrators, based in Dartington House in Little Clarendon Street.
Each post is for 22.5 hours per week working with a second postholder to cover 8.00am -12.30pm and 12.30 - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
You will be the first point of contact for people calling the University of Oxford, and it is essential you project a professional image at all times. Excellent telephone skills are essential plus a helpful, efficient and professional approach when dealing with colleagues.
To be considered at shortlisting you will have experience working in a customer-facing role. You should have good all round administrative and IT skills, including experience of Microsoft office and email. The post also involves supporting the team with customer queries, stock management and database updates.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
